Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the One Bonus loyalty platform — the shopper app, the merchant app, and the services behind them. By creating an account or using One Bonus, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

One Bonus is operated by Vector IT LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia (“One Bonus”, “we”, “us”). Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What One Bonus does

One Bonus is a loyalty platform. Businesses (“merchants”) run loyalty programs on it — points, stamp cards, tiers, rewards, coupons, referrals and promotions. Shoppers hold one card that works across every participating merchant.

One Bonus is not the merchant. We provide the software that records loyalty activity. The goods, services, prices, rewards and the decision to honour a reward are the merchant’s. We are not a party to your purchase.

3. Accounts

Shopper accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to hold a One Bonus account.
• You verify your phone number when you sign up. Keep it current — it is how we identify you.
• You are responsible for your password and PIN. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• You may close your account at any time from Settings.

Merchant accounts

• A business registers with its legal name and contact details. New merchant accounts are reviewed by One Bonus before they can serve customers. Until the review completes, a merchant can configure branches, staff and programs but cannot enrol customers or issue points.
• You confirm you are authorised to act for the business, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done under your merchant account, including by your staff, and for the accuracy of what you publish to shoppers.
• We may suspend or refuse a merchant account when the business cannot be verified, when it breaks these terms, or when it is being used to defraud shoppers.

4. Points, stamps and rewards

• Points and stamps are issued by the merchant, not by us. They are a promotional benefit, they have no cash value, and they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Each merchant sets its own earning rate, redemption thresholds, reward catalogue and expiry rules, and may change them. Points may expire under the rules the merchant has published.
• Every balance is backed by an append-only ledger. Corrections are made by posting a compensating entry, never by silently editing history — so a disputed balance can always be reconstructed.
• If a merchant stops using One Bonus or closes, any balance you hold with that merchant ends with it. That obligation is the merchant’s, not ours. Balances are per merchant unless a merchant participates in a shared network wallet, which is stated in the app.
• We may reverse points or rewards obtained through error, fraud, or abuse of a promotion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create accounts for people who do not exist, or hold multiple accounts to multiply a promotion;
• use another person’s card, phone number or identity;
• tamper with, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or probe the service, or bypass its rate limits;
• upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that impersonates another business;
• use One Bonus to send unsolicited marketing outside the consents shoppers have given.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section.

6. Merchant content and moderation

Merchants publish content into the shopper app — brand assets, offers and advertising. Merchants keep ownership of it and grant us the licence needed to display it in One Bonus. Advertising and card designs are reviewed by us before they reach shoppers. We may reject or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unfit for the shopper surface; that review is not an endorsement of the merchant’s offer.

7. Fees

The shopper app is free. Merchants pay for One Bonus under the plan they select; prices, limits and billing periods are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable for a period already started. We will tell you before a price change takes effect for your next period.

8. Availability

We work to keep One Bonus available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that:

• One Bonus is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a merchant will honour a reward, that a program is suitable for you, or that the service will be error-free.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost goodwill.
• For merchants, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using One Bonus at any time and close your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. On closure we delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only what we must keep for accounting and legal reasons.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use One Bonus after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts of the Republic of Armenia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

These terms are published in English. If we publish a translation and it conflicts with the English text, the English text governs.
